ContextSmith is a Chrome extension product that knows when and where emails are read. ContextSmith creates a better understanding of users’ email contacts by automatically pulling their profile pictures, job titles, and social links. Compatible only with Gmail at the moment, ContextSmith can also track the open rate of emails, allowing users to follow up with recipients who have not opened their emails.
