Fintech startup Luno announced it has raised $9 million in Series B financing, led by Balderton Capital, with participation from Digital Currency Group.
Luno is a global digital currency company with a team of more than 40 technology and finance experts, operating across several countries and continents. Its products and services make it safe and easy for people and businesses to store, buy, use and learn about digital currencies like Bitcoin. The company’s vision is to empower billions of people by bringing Bitcoin to everyone, everywhere.
The company revealed that the money will go toward bringing Luno’s services to 35 countries in Europe.
