Human Capital Management Institute (HCMI), a leading provider of evidence-based workforce analytics software and services, has appointed Steven R. Maxwell as president and board member.
Maxwell will lead the company’s growth strategy and revenue-generating activities. Prior to joining HCMI, Maxwell was founder and CEO of Workforce Innovation Partners, a specialized management consulting firm. His previous experience also includes serving as a partner in the Newport Board Group; cofounding and serving as CEO of iHRos, a Singapore-based payroll outsourcing and HR services firm; and holding senior leadership positions with Mercer, Buck Consultants (now Conduent), Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Maxwell holds a bachelor of science in business administration degree in finance and organizational behavior from Boston University, and he completed MIT Sloan School of Management’s executive education program in business strategy.
