FieldConnect Inc., an award-winning mobile workforce management software company, today announced the addition of two software industry veterans, Steve Sardegna as chief financial officer, and Jim Moise as senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Sardegna joins FieldConnect with over 30 years of experience in improving the financial position of companies poised for growth. Most recently, Sardegna served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and cofounder of Foundation 9 Entertainment, a private equity-backed entertainment media company. Previously, he held various financial executive roles for both startup and global organizations, including Vulcan Programming, a Paul Allen Company; Virgin Interactive Entertainment; and KPMG.

FieldConnect Adds Two Senior Executives to Its Leadership Team

Moise joins FieldConnect with more than 30 years of experience in helping early and mid-stage software companies accelerate revenue growth and increase market share on a global scale. Prior to FieldConnect, Moise served in several sales and marketing executive leadership roles for both public and private companies including WebEx, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing pre-revenue through the company’s IPO. He also held senior roles at Good Technologies, Vision Solutions and Paciolan.
