nThrive announced the appointment of Bernard Gay as chief information officer for nThrive’s technology services organization. nThrive provides technology, advisory expertise, services, analytics, and education programs for health care organizations.
In his new role, Gay will lead the information technology organization by developing a long-term cloud strategy, managing nThrive data centers, and optimizing the IT infrastructure to serve as an industry competitive differentiator. He will also direct the company’s approach to security, reinforcing the security of information systems to exceed HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining nThrive, Gay worked at Delaware North Corporation, where he led a team of more than 165 IT professionals and directed business and technical vision for the company.
“nThrive is fortunate to have Bernard join our organization, and we are confident he will add tremendous value to the executive leadership team, colleagues and clients,” said nThrive CEO Joel Hackney. “We eagerly anticipate the positive impact he will have on the company’s culture and how he will help to further grow long-term success at nThrive.”
