Zendesk Launches Answer Bot for Customer Service

Global customer service software company Zendesk (NYSE:ZEN) announced the launch of Answer Bot, a customer service chatbot that improves customer experience by automatically responding to questions with relevant knowledge base content. Existing Zendesk users can start a free 30-day trial right away. New users can easily start Zendesk trials and test out Answer Bot.

The tool was created by a team of Zendesk’s product managers, brand designers, and data scientists, including Mike Mortimer, Ruslan Mursalzade, and Adam Ho.
