Gaming Startup Super Evil Megacorp Raises $19 Million

Super Evil Megacorp announced the completion of $19 million in financing. Index Ventures and Korea Investment Partners participated in the round.

The company’s mission is to build the best core gaming experiences for the touch screen generation and to create the most played games in the world. Powered by the proprietary next-generation E.V.I.L. engine, Super Evil delivers mobile games with console-quality graphics, precision controls, and online gameplay experiences not possible with out-of-the-box tablet engine solutions.

In its announcement, the company said the new funding allows Super Evil Megacorp to continue development of its console-grade, multi-platform engine.
