According to a recent SEC filing, Internet and IoT startup Digi.me has raised $1.9 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

The company’s technology allows consumers to gather together their personal data and share it on their terms with businesses in a mutually beneficial value exchange. According to the company, Digi.me is the distribution partner for Toshiba and Lenovo and is working with world-leading businesses in health insurance, finance, pharma, and FMCG.
