Energy drink startup Kill Cliff Raises $13.5 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, Kill Cliff has raised $13.5 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Kill Cliff is a functional recovery drink made up of B, C, and E vitamins, electrolytes, and plant extracts, including ginger root, green tea extract, and and ginseng root powder, as well as a unique enzyme blend. The company was created by a Navy SEAL as a healthier and tastier alternative to energy drinks, sodas, sports drinks, and other post-workout beverages. Kill Cliff is an official partner of the Navy SEAL Foundation and is on a mission to be the largest contributor to that organization. A portion of the proceeds from every Kill Cliff can sold goes toward supporting these warriors and their families. Kill Cliff is available for sale online and in Krogers, Whole Foods, GNC, and QuikTrip.
