Networking startup Talari Networks announced it has secured $1million in financing from an undisclosed investor.
Talari Networks enables enterprises to combine multiple sources of diverse, abundant and affordable public WAN bandwidth to create a network that delivers consistent business-class performance and additional bandwidth, at a fraction of normal high-bandwidth cost. The company’s proprietary technology monitors the conditions of all available networks at the millisecond level and immediately re-directs traffic to optimal networks to ensure four nines in reliability and predictability across all applications, including VoIP, videoconferencing and other real-time applications. By improving the performance issues associated with public WANs, Talari enables enterprises to reduce monthly WAN costs by 40 percent to 90 percent.
