WalkMe just closed $75 million in financing. Two investors contributed to the round, among them Insight Venture Partners.

WalkMe provides a cloud-based service designed to help professionals – customer service managers, user experience managers, training professionals, SaaS providers, and sales managers – to guide and engage prospects, customers, employees and partners through online experiences. WalkMe guides users every step of the way to help them successfully complete online tasks, using a series of interactive tip balloons overlaid on screen. The process eliminates guesswork, as well as the frustration of following video tutorials or digging through FAQ pages. WalkMe has received several industry awards, among them: “Cool Vendor” by Gartner, Red Herring’s Top 100 Award, and a “Top Apps That Will Change Your Business” citation by CIO Magazine.

In its announcement, the company said the latest funding will enable WalkMe to evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities, strengthen its global reach, and invest in key talent.
