Gong.io Raises $20 Million

Software startup Gong.io has announced the close of $20 million in Series A financing. Four investors contributed to the round, among them Norwest Venture Partners, Wing Venture Partners, and Next World Capital.

Gong’s mission is to be the top conversation intelligence platform for B2B sales teams. It helps sales people convert more of their pipelines into revenue by illuminating their team’s sales conversations. Gong records, transcribes, and analyzes every sales call, thus enabling reps to improve the effectiveness of sales conversations.

According to the company, the new funding will further support Gong.io’s impressive growth.
