Tomorrow Ideas announced it has raised $2.6 million in seed financing. Eight investors participated in the round: Maveron, CFSI, Echelon Ventures, Plug and Play Ventures, Clocktower Technology Ventures, Allianz Life, Flying Fish Partners, and Curious Capital.

Tomorrow Ideas, Inc., was founded in Seattle, WA, in 2016 to help families make long-term financial and legal decisions together using an easy-to-use app designed to help them plan for and protect their futures. The company’s flagship product, the Tomorrow app, functions as a trust fund that users can keep in their pockets. The app is free for U.S. residents in 47 states, and it includes optional life insurance for those who need it in all 50 states. The platform uses AES 256 encryption to protect users’ information as well as a two-factor authentication for security access control.
