ClassPass announced the close of $70 million in Series C financing. Six investors contributed to the round: Temasek Holdings, Acequia Capital, CRV, General Catalyst Partners, GV and Thrive Capital.

Recognized as one of Forbes’s next billion dollar startups, ClassPass uses proprietary technology dynamically to merchandise and surface more than a million fitness classes for a seamless booking experience that facilitates discovery.
According to the company, ClassPass will be using this funding to invest in product and expand operations.
