Grainful completed $3.3 million in financing. Five investors participated in the round, including Advantage Capital Partners, CircleUp, and Rand Capital.

Grainful (BeetNPath, LLC) is a food company based in Ithaca, NY, that makes chef-inspired frozen entrées and meal kits based on oats. All products are made with steel cut oats and clean natural ingredients. The company’s goal is to turn oats into more than breakfast food and to help consumers eat healthfully with minimal effort.

Grainful’s co-founder, Jan Pajerski, said the cash injection would be spent on marketing and distribution as the brand seeks to build out its national footprint.
