PeerNova announced it has raised $7 million in Series A financing.

The company is leading innovation in peer-to-peer applications and platforms for the digital currency and e-commerce markets.

The company revealed that its financing round includes almost $4 million in promissory notes that are converting into series a-2 preferred stock. It also includes warrants to be issued in the amount of $170,526.
