Firefighter Friday: Everyone faces job hazards but firefighters have it a lot worse than the rest of us. In addition to the risks associated with steep ladders and jumping out of flaming windows, they also face less visible dangers like toxic gasses and other noxious substances. Chris Memmott and Clive Savacool, the latter of whom was a firefighter for many years, invented Vault RMS, a technology platform that helps monitor exposure levels to dangerous toxins.
