Smartsheet Appoints Elena Gomez to Board of Directors

Smartsheet, a leading SaaS platform for managing and automating collaborative work, today announced the appointment of Elena Gomez to its board of directors.

Gomez has served as chief financial officer at Zendesk since May, 2016. Prior to that, she served in a number of senior roles at Salesforce, including senior vice president of finance and strategy, senior vice president of go-to-market distribution, and vice president of sales and support and marketing finance. She previously held senior roles at Visa and Charles Schwab. Gomez holds a B.S. in business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
