Parkopedia Appoints Brian Holt PhD as Head of Autonomous Driving

Parkopedia, the world’s leading parking information provider, announced today the appointment of Brian Holt as head of autonomous driving, a new position within the company.

In this new role, based out of Parkopedia’s London UK office, Holt will be responsible for leading the team developing parking solutions for autonomous cars, including autonomous valet parking.

An electronic engineer with in-depth machine learning and computer vision expertise, Holt recently led Vision and AI Research at Samsung where he was responsible for teams covering on-device AI, vision-based localisation for self-driving cars and augmented/virtual reality projects.
