Brandwatch Acquires BuzzSumo for Undisclosed Sum
Social media monitoring company Brandwatch announced that it has acquired BuzzSumo. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
BuzzSumo, founded in 2013, provides social insights for content marketing and SEO campaigns. The software allows people to analyze which topics, headlines, and content formats generate the most traffic, to receive alerts whenever their brand or a specific topic is talked about, and to discover top influencers in any given industry vertical.
