New Product Alert: Freshcaller

Freshcaller is a new SaaS product that provides call center software for startups and small teams. Freshcaller requires zero investment in phone-related hardware, and it takes less than two minutes to set up a call center. Users need only a web browser and a working Internet connection to launch a call center. Freshcaller also supports call queues in which users can automate actions for every number so calls are routed to specific queues, agent groups, or other options.

Freshcaller was developed by product marketer Nikhil M, Smrithi Parameswar and designer Shrihari Sankaran.
