Consumer Technology Veteran Guerrino De Luca Joins Nielsen Board of Directors

Nielsen Holdings PLC (NYSE:NLSN) announced today the addition of Guerrino De Luca as a member of the company’s board of directors.

De Luca currently serves as chairman of the board of directors for Logitech International S.A., a global provider of accessories for video, music, gaming and personal computing devices. De Luca joined Logitech in 1998 and served as its president and chief executive officer from February, 1998, to December, 2007, and as acting president and chief executive officer from July, 2011, to December, 2012. Prior to joining Logitech, De Luca served as executive vice president of worldwide marketing for Apple, in addition to holding multiple positions within Apple across the U.S. and Europe earlier in his career.
