Colin Sabol Appointed President of Xylem’s Sensus & Analytics Businesses

Xylem Inc. (NYSE:XYL), a leading global water technology company, today announced that Colin Sabol has been named senior vice president and president of Sensus and Analytics.

“Colin is a proven leader with both the strategic perspective and executional discipline to unlock the full potential of this newly integrated business and accelerate our growth in the smart infrastructure sector,” said Xylem president and CEO Patrick Decker. “Under Colin’s leadership, I expect this business to expedite innovation to bring intelligent solutions to market quickly for our customers and develop new platforms for organic and inorganic growth.”

Before joining Xylem, Sabol held a variety of leadership positions at General Electric, including working as chief financial officer for GE Energy Services; vice president of mergers and acquisitions for GE Corporate; and chief marketing officer for GE Water. Sabol is also the chairman of Xylem Watermark, the company’s corporate citizenship and social investment program. He graduated from Alfred University in New York with a bachelor of science degree in materials engineering.
