IOpipe Secures $2.5 Million in Seed Financing

Enterprise IT startup IOpipe announced it has raised $2.5 million in seed financing. Four investors participated in the funding, among them Madrona Venture Group, New Enterprise Associates, and Underscore VC.

IOpipe is a high fidelity metrics and monitoring service which allows users to see inside Amazon Lambda functions for better insights into the daily operations and development of serverless applications. AWS Lambda is a new way to run event-driven applications as a service. Often referred to as “serverless” computing, AWS Lambda allows developers to think only about the code, and not to have to worry about the layers below.
