Alteryx Acquires Yhat for Undisclosed Sum

Enterprise IT startup Yhat announced that it has been acquired by Alteryx, a leading company in  self-service data analytics that went public earlier in March. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2013, Yhat is a data science technology company that provides tools and systems that allow enterprises to turn data insights into data-driven products. It had previously raised less than $3 million seed financing.
